Chemical Processing Plant — Basic & Detailed Engineering

Overview. Provided basic & detailed engineering for a chemical processing facility, covering the full project cycle and delivering all design outputs through to completion.

Scope of Work.

• Process engineering: hydraulic calculations, development of process datasheets, P&ID updates, 3D modeling, and preparation of technical specifications.
• Mechanical & piping: GA and isometric drawings, model reviews, and preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

Key Deliverables. Updated P&IDs, process datasheets, 3D model, piping GA & isometric drawings, BOQ, and related technical documentation.

Results & Notes. The team adopted a "from initiation to completion" approach, with meticulous execution and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure the quality of deliverables and constructability.
